Open a healthy, whole grain bakery
The bakery will emphasize healthy, whole grain, and gluten free products. It will market traditional baked goods and healthy beverages.
Transition into a farm-to-table resturant
The resturant will feature local produce and emphasize healthy eating options. There will also be outdoor dinning added.
Renovate spaces for events and accommodations
On the second and third floors, we plan to construct event and multi-use areas. We also will remodel the old hotel rooms into bed and breakfast style rooms.
